14- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ رِئَابٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام)
قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ يَشْتَرِي الأخْتَيْنِ فَيَطَأُ إِحْدَاهُمَا ثُمَّ يَطَأُ الأخْرَى بِجَهَالَةٍ قَالَ إِذَا وَطِئَ الأخْرَى بِجَهَالَةٍ لَمْ تَحْرُمْ عَلَيْهِ الأولَى وَإِنْ وَطِئَ الأخْرَى وَهُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهَا تَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ حَرُمَتَا عَلَيْهِ جَمِيعاً.
14. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from al-Halabiy who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a man who buys two sisters and goes to bed with one of them, then goes to bed with the other due to ignorance. He (the Imam) said, ‘If he has gone to bed with the other due to ignorance the first one does not become unlawful for him but if he goes to bed with the other knowing that it is unlawful, both of them become unlawful for him.’”
