1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَلامَسَهَا قَالَ مَهْرُهَا وَاجِبٌ وَهِيَ حَرَامٌ عَلَى أَبِيهِ وَابْنِهِ.
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from af-Halabiy who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘ Abd Allah , about the case of a man who marries a woman and has touched her. He (the Imam) said, ‘Her mahr (dower) is obligatory and she becomes unlawful for marriage to his father and his son.’”
