8- أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رِئَابٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَعْيَنَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ
لا يَنْقُضُ النِّكَاحَ إِلا الأبُ.
8. Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from ibn Mahbub from ibn Ri’ab from Zurarah ibn ‘A‘yan who has said the following:
“I once heard abu Ja‘far
عليه السلام
, saying, ‘No one other than a father can revoke a marriage.
