4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Fadalah ibn Ayyub from ‘Umar ibn Aban al-Kalbiy from Maysarah who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a woman whom I meet in the wilderness and I ask her if she has a husband and she says, ‘No; I do not have a husband’ if I can marry her. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, her words about herself are accepted as true.’”
