9. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Afi ibn Hadid from Jamii from certain persons of his people who have said the following:

“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, about the case of a man who confessed his raping the slave-girl of another man who gives birth from the rapist, has said that the slave-girl and the child is returned to the owner of the slave-girl if the rapist has made a confession.’”
