45. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following:

“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that about the case of a woman who had committed fornication with a man before he went to bed ’Amir al-Mu’minin , said, ‘They must be separated from each other and she did not deserve any mahr (dower) because the incident was from her side.’”
