40. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban from Ibrahim ibn abu ‘Abd Allah who has said the following:

“About the case of a man who marries a second wife and the amount of time for the new wife, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘It (the time) is three days; thereafter he divides it between the two.’”
