13. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from his father from Muhammad ibn Sinan from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following:

“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ has said, “The tattooing women and those women who are tattooed, those who raise the price of a piece of goods for sale without the intention to buy and those who agree to such act are all cursed upon the tongue of Muhammad ﷺ.’”
