4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Sayf ibn ‘Amirah who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘It is not unlawful for one to marry in the manner of al- Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) the slave-girl of a woman but if the master is a man then al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) with her is not permissible without the permission of her master.’”
