4. Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj who said: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, about the case of a man who marries a virgin girl through mut‘ah. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful as long as she is not under age (or it does cause her humiliation).”’
