4- عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَمَتَّعُ مِنَ الْجَارِيَةِ الْبِكْرِ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ مَا لَمْ يَسْتَصْغِرْهَا.
4. Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj who said:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah 
, about the case of a man who marries a virgin girl through mut‘ah. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful as long as she is not under age (or it does cause her humiliation).”’
