2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Fadalah from Muyassir who has said the following: “I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah , ‘I may find a woman in the wilderness where she has no one and I ask her if she has a husband. She says that she does not have a husband; if I can marry her. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, you can do so; her words are accepted.’”
