10. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from certain persons of our people who has said the following:

“About the case of a man who buys a slave-girl and makes her to give birth, then finds her to be stolen, abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Her owner takes the slave-girl and the man takes the child.’”
