4- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقَاسَانِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَسْبَاطٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ الْجَعْفَرِيِّ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ قَالَ
إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) لَمْ يَأْذَنْ لِحَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ بِالتِّجَارَةِ حَتَّى ضَمِنَ لَهُ إِقَالَةَ النَّادِمِ وَإِنْظَارَ الْمُعْسِرِ وَأَخْذَ الْحَقِّ وَافِياً وَغَيْرَ وَافٍ.
4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Ali ibn Muhammad al-Qasaniy from Ali ibn Asbat from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Qasim ibn Muhammad al-Ja’fariy from certain persons of his family who has said the following:
“He (the Imam) has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, did not give permission to Hakim ibn Hizam for business until the later promised to settle the price with a buyer who is regretful about the transaction, extend the time of payment for one who has difficulty to pay and receive the right complete or not as such.”
