5- عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بُنْدَارَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ الْعَمَّارِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الأصَمِّ عَنْ مِسْمَعِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْعَامِرِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ الَّذِي لا يَصِيدُ فَقَالَ سُحْتٌ فَأَمَّا الصَّيُودُ فَلا بَأْسَ.
5. Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Bandar has narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from Muhammad ibn Ali from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn abu Hashim from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn al-Walid al-‘Ammariy from Ibrahim al-Asamm from Misma’ ibn ‘Abd al-Malik from abu ‘Abd Allah al-‘Amiriy who has said the following:
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah , about payment for dogs that do not hunt. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is Suht (unlawful and filthy), however, payment for a hunting dog is not Suht (unlawful and filthy).”’
