3- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ إِذَا اكْتَسَبَ الرَّجُلُ مَالا مِنْ غَيْرِ حِلِّهِ ثُمَّ حَجَّ فَلَبَّى نُودِيَ لا لَبَّيْكَ وَلا سَعْدَيْكَ وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ حِلِّهِ فَلَبَّى نُودِيَ لَبَّيْكَ وَسَعْدَيْكَ.
3. A number of our people have narrated from has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘If a person earns in unlawful ways, then uses such income for the expenses of al-Hajj and says al-Talbiyah (here I am O Lord, to obey Your command) it is called about him, “You are not welcome and there is no salvation for you.” If it (earning) is through lawful ways upon his saying Talbiyah it is called about him, “You are welcome and there is salvation for you.’””
