6. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Ishaq ibn Ibrahim from Nasr ibn Qabus who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, saying, ‘A singer female is condemned, and condemned is one who consumes the income from her singing.’”
