Sahl ibn Ziyad has narrated from Mansur ibn al-‘Abbas from ‘Isma’il ibn Sahl who has said the following: “I once wrote to abu Ja‘far , and said, ‘Debts are holding me down and they are heavy.’ He (the Imam) wrote to me, ‘Ask forgiveness from Allah a great deal and moisten you tongue by reading, “Inna Anzalna” Chapter 97.’”
