6- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ هِلالٍ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) بَيْنَ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ فِي مَشَارِبِ النَّخْلِ أَنَّهُ لا يُمْنَعُ نَفْعُ الشَّيْءِ وَقَضَى (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) بَيْنَ أَهْلِ الْبَادِيَةِ أَنَّهُ لا يُمْنَعُ فَضْلُ مَاءٍ لِيُمْنَعَ بِهِ فَضْلُ كَلإ وَقَالَ لا ضَرَرَ وَلا ضِرَارَ.
6. Muhammad ibn Yahya narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Hilal, from Uqba ibn Khalid, from Abu Abdillah who said:
"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ judged among the people of Medina regarding the irrigation of palm trees, that no benefit of anything should be prevented. And he judged among the people of the desert that the surplus water should not be withheld to prevent the surplus pasture. And he said: 'There is no harm and no harming.'"
