4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Tha’labah ibn Maymun from Burayd who has said the following: “About the case of a man who accepts dinar or dirham for (the rent of) land, abu Ja‘far عليه السلام, has said, ‘It is not unlawful.’”
