3- وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ أَنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِنَّ لِصّاً دَخَلَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِي فَسَرَقَ حُلِيَّهَا فَقَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَوْ دَخَلَ عَلَى ابْنِ صَفِيَّةَ لَمَا رَضِيَ بِذَلِكَ حَتَّى يَعُمَّهُ بِالسَّيْفِ.
3. The narrator of the previous through his chain of narrators has said the following: “Once a man came to Amir al-Mu’minin , and said, ’O Amir al-Mu’minin, a thief entered in the house of my wife and stole her ornaments. Amir al-Mu’minin
, said, ‘Had he (the thief) entered the house of the son of a clean woman he would not agree with less than overwhelming him (thief) by his sword.’”
