Ahmad, from al-Husayn, from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd, from Abdullah ibn Sinan, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him: (Imam عليه السلام was asked) concerning ‘the man who becomes thirsty in (month of) Ramadan.’ Imam عليه السلام said: “There is no harm in sucking the ring.”
