Ahmad from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said: Imam al-Sadiq عليه السلام said: “The time for the eclipse prayer is at the hour when the eclipse occurs, at sunrise and at sunset. He (narrator) said: “And Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: ‘It is an obligation (faridah)’.”
