Hadith #37

مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مَهْزِيَارَ قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ اَلثَّانِيَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ تَفَلَ فِي اَلْمَسْجِدِ اَلْحَرَامِ فِيمَا بَيْنَ اَلرُّكْنِ اَلْيَمَانِيِّ وَ اَلْحَجَرِ اَلْأَسْوَدِ وَ لَمْ يَدْفِنْهُ

Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Mahziyar said: I saw Abu Ja’far al-Thani (the Second), peace be upon him, spit in the ‘Sacred Mosque’ (al-Masjid al-Haram) between the Yemeni Corner and the Black Stone, and Imam did not bury it.
