From him, from Yaqub ibn Yazid, from Muhammad ibn Sinan, from Abdullah ibn Muskan, from Abu Basir, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, who said: I said to Imam al-Sadiq عليه السلام: “Does the imam (of prayer) guarantee the prayer?” Imam عليه السلام said: “No, he is not a guarantor.”
