From him, from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from al-Hakam ibn Miskin, from a man, from Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him: Imam al-Sadiq عليه السلام said regarding a man who returns from travel during the time of prayer. Imam عليه السلام said: “If he does not fear the passing of the time (of prayer), then let him complete (the prayer in full); But if he fears the passing of the time (of prayer), then let him shorten (the prayer).”
