As for what was narrated by Ibn Abi Umayr from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman, who said:
Abu Abdillah عليه السلام, peace be upon him, said: "Sometimes I perform them while it is still night upon me, so if I rise and the Fajr has not yet appeared, I repeat them."
