And from him, from Fadalah, from Husayn ibn ‘Uthman, from Sama‘ah, from Abu Basir who said:
I said to him: “(about) Those who seek forgiveness at dawn” (Surah Aal ‘Imran 3:17) & (Surah Dhariyat 51:18). He said: “The Messenger of Allah سبحانه وتعالى, blessings of Allah سبحانه وتعالى be upon him and his family, sought forgiveness in his Witr prayer seventy times.”
