From him, from Ali ibn Asbat, from his uncle Ya‘qub ibn Salim al-Ahmar, from Abu Basir, from Abu Abdullah عليه السلام, who said: I asked Imam عليه السلام: "Is it permissible to perform Wudu' (ablution) with the leftover water of a menstruating woman?" Imam عليه السلام said: "No."
