Muḥammad b. al-Ḥasan narrated to us, saying that Muḥammad b. al-Ḥasan (al-Ṣaffār or Ibn Aḥmad b. al-Walīd) narrated to him, among others, saying that al-Ḥusayn b. al-Ḥasan b. Abān narrated to him, among others, from al-Ḥusayn b. Saʿīd, from Muḥammad b. Abī ʿUmayr, from Salama, Ṣāḥib al-Sābirī, from Abī’l-Ṣabāḥ, who said: “I heard Abā ʿAbd Allāh عليه السلام saying: “By Allāh, fasting in Shaʿbān and the month of Ramaḍān (together) is (the acceptance of) repentance from Allāh.”
