2. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Rifa’ah who has said the following: “I once asked abu ’Abd Allah عليه السلام, about a man who in the state of Ihram wears shoes and socks. He (the Imam) said, ‘He can do so in case it is an emergency. ‘“
