1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Am mar all have said the following:

“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘It is not harmful to assume the state of Ihram during the night or during the day; however, it is more virtuous to do so at Zawal (declining of the sun toward the west at noontime).’”
