7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad from Hariz who has said the following: “About a man who is about to assume the state of Ihram, abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, has said, ‘He can involve with women as long as he has not made his intention for Talbiyah or has pronounced it.’”
