5. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from al-Fadl ibn Yunus who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan عليه السلام, has said, ‘A slave is not obligated to perform al-Hajj or al-‘Umrah until he is free.’”
