A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from Hisham ibn Salim from Sulayman ibn Khalid who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a woman if she can go for al-Hajj without permission from her husband and there is no one with her of her guardians. He (the Imam) said, ‘She can do so, if she is safe.’”
