2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ تَخْرُجُ مَعَ غَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ فَإِنْ كَانَ لَهَا زَوْجٌ أَوِ ابْنُ أَخٍ قَادِرَيْنِ عَلَى أَنْ يَخْرُجَا مَعَهَا وَلَيْسَ لَهَا سَعَةٌ فَلا يَنْبَغِي لَهَا أَنْ تَقْعُدَ وَلا يَنْبَغِي لَهُمْ أَنْ يَمْنَعُوهَا.
2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about the case of a woman who goes out with people other than her guardian. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful. If she has her husband or a son or brother who can go with her; but if she cannot provide their expenses, then it is not proper for her to sit without al-Hajj, and it is not proper for them to stop her from performing al-Hajj.’”
