15. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Fadalah from Rifa’ah who has said the following:

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about a man who dies and has not performed Hajjahta al-Islam and has not made any will about it if it can be carried out on his behalf. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, it is permissible.’”
