9. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from al-Hassan ibn al-Husayn from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Hudhayfah ibn Mansur who has said the following:

“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has made al-Hajj obligatory on people of Jaddah every year.’”
