11. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from Muhammad ibn al-Mustanir who has said the following:

“Abu ‘ Abd Allah , has said, ‘Whoever, engages women in the state of Ihram cannot depart during the first chance for departure.’ According to another Hadith it applies to hunting also.”
