1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd al-Karim from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following:

“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘Do not remove any of the trees from Makkah, except palm trees and fruit bearing trees.’”
