3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj who has said the following:

“Abu ‘Abd Allah , has said, ‘One who attends al-Mash‘ar al-Haram on the day of al- Nahr (slaughtering the offering) before Zawal (declining of the sun toward the west at noontime) he has attended al-Hajj. ‘“
