10. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, about a man who intentionally does not perform Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah. He (the Imam) said, ‘He owes al-Hajj in future.’” (Hadith 10 of this and the following Chapters are best explained in the form of fatwa).
