8ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَضَى حَجَّهُ ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ حَتَّى إِذَا خَرَجَ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ اسْتَقْبَلَهُ صَيْدٌ قَرِيبٌ مِنَ الْحَرَمِ وَالصَّيْدُ مُتَوَجِّهٌ نَحْوَ الْحَرَمِ فَرَمَاهُ فَقَتَلَهُ مَا عَلَيْهِ فِي ذَلِكَ قَالَ يَفْدِيهِ عَلَى نَحْوِهِ.
8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Ali ibn ’Uqbah ibn Khalid who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah , about a man who completes his Hajj and leaves until he is out of al-Haram (the sacred area). An animal, which is a subject to hunting, approaches near al- Haram (the sacred area) moving toward it. He shoots at it and kills it: if he owes anything. He (the Imam) said, ‘He owes a ransom likewise (similar to the prey).”’
