9. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Sama‘ah from more than one person from Aban formal-Tayyar from one of the two Imams, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), who has said the following:

“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘One in the state of Ihram, must not eat sea birds.’”
