7. Ahmad ibn Muhammad from has narrated from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, about a man who is in the state of Ihram; if he can divorce. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can pronounce divorce.’”
