Fasting Continuously and All the Time
Al-Kāfi|Volume 4|Book 2|Chapter 16
2ـ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
الْوِصَالُ فِي الصِّيَامِ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ عَشَاءَهُ سَحُورَهُ.
2. Ahmad ibn Muhammad from has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from al-Halabiy who has said the following:
“Abu ‘Abd Allah 
, has said, ‘Connected fasting is when one takes his dinner during Suhur (breakfast in the morning before dawn) instead.’”
