2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “Abu Ja’far عليه السلام, has said, ’You must give charity to one asking for help even if he is riding a horse.’”
