حَدَّثَنَا الْمُظَفَّرُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الْمُظَفَّرِ السَّمَرْقَنْدِيُّ الْعَلَوِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَبْرَئِيلُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ لَوْ تَزَيَّلُوا لَعَذَّبْنَا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْهُمْ عَذاباً أَلِيماً لَوْ أَخْرَجَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ مَا فِي أَصْلَابِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ وَ مَا فِي أَصْلَابِ الْكَافِرِينَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ لَعَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا ..
Narrated to us Muzaffar bin Ja’far bin Muzaffar Samarqandi Alawi: Narrated to us Ja’far bin Muhammad bin Masud from his father that he said: Narrated to us Jibraeel Ibne Ahmad from Muhammad bin Isa bin Ubaid from Yunus bin Abdur Rahman from Mansur bin Hazim that he asked Abi Abdullah 
about the verse:
لَوْتَزَيَّلُوالَعَذَّبْنَاالَّذِينَكَفَرُوامِنْهُمْعَذَابًاأَلِيمًا
Had they been widely separated one from another, We would surely have punished those who disbelieved from among them with a painful punishment.6
The Imam said: If the Almighty Allah removes the believers from the loins of the infidels, He would punish the infidels.
