51- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيِّ بْنُ أَبِي الْحُسَيْنِ الْأَسَدِيُّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: وَرَدَ عَلَيَّ تَوْقِيعٌ مِنَ الشَّيْخِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ الْعَمْرِيِّ قَدَّسَ اللَّهُ رُوحَهُ ابْتِدَاءً لَمْ يَتَقَدَّمْهُ سُؤَالٌ بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَ الْمَلائِكَةِ وَ النَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ عَلَى مَنِ اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ مَالِنَا دِرْهَماً قَالَ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْأَسَدِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فَوَقَعَ فِي نَفْسِي أَنَّ ذَلِكَ فِيمَنِ اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ مَالِ النَّاحِيَةِ دِرْهَماً دُونَ مَنْ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ غَيْرَ مُسْتَحِلٍّ لَهُ وَ قُلْتُ فِي نَفْسِي إِنَّ ذَلِكَ فِي جَمِيعِ مَنِ اسْتَحَلَّ مُحَرَّماً فَأَيُّ فَضْلٍ فِي ذَلِكَ لِلْحُجَّةِ ع عَلَى غَيْرِهِ قَالَ فَوَ الَّذِي بَعَثَ مُحَمَّداً بِالْحَقِّ بَشِيراً لَقَدْ نَظَرْتُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فِي التَّوْقِيعِ فَوَجَدْتُهُ قَدِ انْقَلَبَ إِلَى مَا وَقَعَ فِي نَفْسِي بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَ الْمَلائِكَةِ وَ النَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ عَلَى مَنْ أَكَلَ مِنْ مَالِنَا دِرْهَماً حَرَاماً قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ أَخْرَجَ إِلَيْنَا أَبُو عَلِيِّ بْنُ أَبِي الْحُسَيْنِ الْأَسَدِيُّ هَذَا التَّوْقِيعَ حَتَّى نَظَرْنَا إِلَيْهِ وَ قَرَأْنَاهُ.
53 - Narrated to us Abu Ja’far Muhammad bin Muhammad Khuzai (r.a.) that he said: Narrated to us Abi Ali bin Abil Husain Asadi from his father (r.a.) that he said: “Shaykh Abu Ja’far Muhammad bin Uthman Amri (q.s.) received an epistle from the Imam as follows: In the Name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful. The curse of Allah, all angels and men be on the one who has made lawful a single dirham from our property. Abul Hasan Asadi says: If a person without taking a single dirham from the Imam’s property considers it lawful, it is not lawful for him. I said to myself: It is applicable to all who consider it lawful. Thus it is unlawful for him. I also was under the impression that what precedence the Imam has over others? Thus by the one who sent Muhammad rightfully as a giver of glad tidings, when I saw another epistle from the Imam all that I was thinking was proved wrong. The second epistle said: In the Name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful. The curse of Allah, all angels and men be on the one who has unlawfully taken a single dirham from our property. Abu Ja’far Muhammad bin Muhammad Khuzai says: Abu Ali bin Abil Husain Asadi showed this epistle to us and we read its contents ourselves.
