حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ الْبَغْدَادِيُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ الْجَعْدِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ يَرْفَعُهُ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ص النُّجُومُ أَمَانٌ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ وَ أَهْلُ بَيْتِي أَمَانٌ لِأُمَّتِي.
Narrated to us Muhammad bin Umar al-Hafiz Baghdadi that he said: Narrated to us Ahmad bin Abdul Aziz bin Jaadi Abu Bakr that he said: Narrated to us Abdur Rahman bin Salih: Narrated to us Ubaidullah bin Musa from Musa bin Ubaidah from Iyaas bin Salamah from his father in a tradition traceable to an infallible that he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The stars are (means of) security for the folks of the heavens and my Ahlul Bayt is (the means of) safety for my Ummah.”
