Hadith #55
وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اِبْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ:
فِي رَجُلٍ اِغْتَصَبَ اِمْرَأَةً فَرْجَهَا قَالَ "يُقْتَلُ مُحْصَناً كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مُحْصَنٍ".
In the narration of Ibn Mahbub from Abu Ayyub from Burayd from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir

regarding a man who forcibly violated a woman. Imam

said: "He is to be killed, whether he is married or unmarried."
